At Titanium PC, we want to ensure that our customers receive their products in a timely and reliable manner. This shipping policy explains how we process and ship orders, and what our customers can expect in terms of delivery times and fees.
Order processing:

Orders are typically processed within 1 business days of receipt.

Customers will receive an email confirmation once their order has been processed and shipped.

Orders may be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control, such as component shortage or shipment delays from suppliers, weather conditions, interstate border closure or carrier delays.

Our Ready to Ship PCs are shipped within 1-3 business days.

Custom PC orders are shipped within 3-10 working days.
Shipping methods:

We offer standard shipping, which typically takes 3-10 business days for delivery, depending on the destination.

We also offer expedited shipping options for customers who need their orders to be delivered more quickly. The delivery time and cost for expedited shipping vary depending on the destination.

Shipping times are estimated and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on carrier performance and other factors.
Shipping Suppliers:
We have different shipping suppliers onboard for deliveries, i.e. AU national deliveries: StarTrack, AusPost, Sendle, InterParcel and our Titanium delivery (if you are based in Melbourne).
International Deliveries: AusPost, FedEx, DHL and UPS.
If there are any delays due to component shortage, we will be in touch with you via email or mobile. You can also talk to our team for expected turnaround time for a custom build.
Shipping Time frames:
We offer standard and express shipping options, we use our preferable national and international suppliers i.e. Tolls, Star Track, Australia Post, DHL, UPS and FedEx.
Following are the approximate delivery time frames per state in Australia:
VIC - Same day to 3 business days
NSW, SA, ACT - 3 to 7 business days
QLD - 3 to 10 business days
WA - 3 to 10 business days
NT/TAS - 3 to 10 business days
Shipping fees:

Shipping fees are calculated based on the destination and the weight and dimensions of the gaming PC.

Shipping fees are displayed during the checkout process, and customers have the option to choose the shipping method that best suits their needs and budget.

We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time. Such promotions are subject to change without notice.
International shipping:

We currently only ship within Australia.

We can offer international delivery upon request, please contact our team.

International Delivery times vary as per country and shipping company, usually it take 3-4 weeks time frame for international delivery.

Please consider national and international logistics barriers or issues as sometimes they cause delays like during and post COVID.
Order tracking:

Customers will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number once their order has been shipped.

Customers can track the status of their order by visiting the carrier's website and entering their tracking number.
