shipping, warranty & Returns
Our Ready to Ship PCs are dispatched within 1-2 business days.
Custom PC orders are shipped within 1-5 working days.
If there are any delays due to component shortage, we will be in touch with you via email or mobile. You can also talk to our team for expected turnaround time for a custom build.
Delivery Timeframes:
We offer standard and express shipping options, we use our preferrable national and international suppliers i.e. Tolls, Star Track, Australia Post, DHL, UPS and FedEx.
Following are the approximate delivery time frames per state in Australia:
VIC - Same day to 3 days
NSW, SA, ACT - 3 to 5 days
QLD - 3 - 7 days
WA - 3 - 7 days
NT/TAS - 3 - 7 days
International Delivery times vary as per country and shipping company, usually it take 2-3 weeks timeframe for international delivery.
Please consider national and international logistics barriers or issues as sometimes they cause delays like during and post COVID.
We have different shipping suppliers onboard for deliveries, i.e. AU national deliveries: StarTrack, AusPost, Sendle, InterParcel and our Titanium delivery (if you are based in Melbourne).

Yes, sure. We are based in Melbourne and you may collect PC from our collection point.
(PC can only be picked up once you have been advised about day and time to avoid any inconvenience).
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns due to change of mind.However, if you are experiencing an issue with your PC, please contact us and we will provide a remedy.We do not give refunds or exchanges if there is damage to a product after purchase due to alterations not performed by us.

All our PCs comes with peelable plastic cover on PC Glass shield and we leave it on our customers to either keep it or remove it.
Our all PC comes with inactivated versions of Win 10 or 11 until and unless you have asked us to activate the windows.
We are pretty satisifed with Windows own defender and antivirus software but our PC do not come with any specific Antivirus software until and unless you have asked us prior picking up your PC.
There are different annual plans for every antivirus software providers.
